Hearty home-style udon noodles made vegan with organic flour from British Columbia
Ingredients: Organic unbleached flour, Water, Organic whole wheat flour, Salt, Potato starch
(Just like pasta!) In a pot, bring a generous amount of water to a boil. From frozen add noodles into boiling water. Stir a few times to prevent the noodles from sticking. Cook approximately 2 minutes and 30 seconds or until desired texture is attained. Drain and enjoy in soup, sauce or starry! (Rinse with cold water if using in salad to stop cooking process).

Please note that these udon noodles are thick, dense and chewy. Depending on the setup, you may need to cook these noodles longer and with a bigger pot and more water.
