Q: Can we get our order delivered?
A: Yes! We are gradually rolling out and expanding our delivery services. Please visit the delivery page for more information.
Q: Do we get a confirmation email that our order is ready for pickup?
A: Other than the email that is sent to you right after you place and pay for the order, there is no other email that will be sent to you. We will have your order packed and ready to picked up at the designated time and date. In the rare occasion that we cannot fulfill the order, we will reach out to you via email.
Q: What do we need to pickup our order in store?
A: Simply your name that the order is under is fine. We will then go retrieve your order for you.
Q: An item is marked out of stock. When will it be available?
A: This is usually temporary and we have items back in stock in about a day or two. We sell these items in store as well so even if it is marked out of stock online, we may have one or two in stock in store. Please feel free to call us at 604-973-0163 to check on quantities.
Q: What happened to your East Van location?
A: We decided to close that location on Oct 30, 2020 as we wanted to focus our efforts on our frozen meals production and because we were able to build a production kitchen next door to our North Van location.
Q: Do you have any gluten free items on your menu?
A: We have many options that are gluten free, but we do however process allergens in our facility. Our facility processes gluten, dairy, eggs, soy and nuts. While we are very careful during preparation, we can’t guarantee the complete absence of allergens. If you have any questions please get in touch with one of our team members.
Q: What items do you carry in your marketplace?
A: We have a market fridge and freezer with products you may not find in regular grocery stores and our house made grab and go items. In our freezer we have our popular organic vegan cinnamon rolls, organic vegan udon and ramen noodles, organic unpasteurized locally made tempeh and more! In our market fridge we have cold drinks, salads, soups, smoothies, and unique products such as Organic Natto, a traditional Japanese fermented soybean dish made locally from Canadian non-gmo soybeans.
In our general marketplace we carry products that are organic, non-gmo and locally sourced where possible. We also carry products that support zero waste and sustainability, such as reusable containers, bottles, mugs, stainless steel straws.

Q: Can I buy your ramen noodles anywhere else?
A: We’re excited to say that you can get our organic handmade vegan ramen frozen from a growing list of vendors. Please take a look at the “where to find us” page for a complete list of vendors and what they carry.
