We have been able to stay open through these time thanks to all your support! We hope that you and your loved ones are staying safe and healthy. As we move into phase 3, we have partially opened up our dining space at our North Vancouver location. As you might know, our space at both North Van and East Van is not large. Hence, we were only able to set up 3 tables inside while maintaining a 2 meter distance between chairs. Unfortunately, our East Van location is operating as takeout only still.
If you choose to dine in at our North Van location, we kindly ask that you still work to keep your distance from others.
All of our dishes and utensils are sanitized using a high temperature dishwasher. However, we will still be happy to prepare the food in disposable containers if you prefer.

Without getting into too much of the specifics, this is what we do to protect our customers as well as our team members.
All team members are asked to do a daily health check. If they feel sick in any way, they must stay home. We ask that our customers do the same as well. This is to ensure that we all can stay safe and healthy 🙂
Don’t worry. We’ve been doing this long before this COVID thing happened. We however are constantly going through updated guidelines from the local heath authorities to ensure the most up-to-date protocols are followed.
We are working to keep our distance among team members as well as between customers. We know that this is not always possible within our limited space so all team members are required to wear masks while on premises. As our store is relatively small, we are still operating as takeout only, and we only allow 3 people in the store at a time. Thank you so much for your understanding as we all work to navigate these uncharted waters together.
We have identified high touch areas within our store such as the payment terminal, fridge/freezer handles, outdoor tables and chairs, door handles etc. We are sanitizing these after every touch but we will be happy to come sanitize them again if you feel uncomfortable/unsure or have noticed that we may have missed a spot. We have left a bottle of sanitizer by the payment terminal so please feel free to use it. We want to make sure that you feel safe when you come in here so please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any questions or concerns!
