NOODLES

Frozen Vegan Organic Ramen Noodles 3 x 200g – $11

Ingredients: Organic bread flour, water, organic whole wheat flour, aluminum free baking soda, grape seed oil 

How to construct:
1. Bring water in a pot to BOIL
2. From frozen, plop noodles into BOILING water. Leave for 30 – 45 seconds, do not stir
3. After 30 – 45 seconds, gently stir noodles apart, until desired texture is attained 
4. Strain the water  
5. Plop the noodles into soup of choice
6. Enjoy and tag your creations using #workshopramen

Frozen Vegan Organic Udon Noodles 3 x 200g – $13

Ingredients: Organic Unbleached White Flour, Filtered Water, Organic Whole Wheat Flour, Salt, Grapeseed oil

How to construct:
1. Keep frozen until ready to cook
2. Boil water
3. Put udon noodles into boiling water
4. Stir the noodles with chopsticks
5. Boil for 2-3 mins or until desired texture is obtained
6. Run under cold water
7. Eat hot in your favourite soup or cold on salad with the dressing of your choice!


GYOZA

Frozen Vegan Gyoza – Original 10pc – $13

Ingredients: Roasted butternut squash*, crimini mushroom*, green cabbage, white  flour*, pumpkin seeds*, green onions*, ginger*, garlic*, whole wheat flour*, sesame oil*, soy sauce, pepper, kosher salt, baking soda *=organic

To pan fry:

Spread two tea spoons of oil onto a heated frying pan. Line up the gyoza on the pan (make sure they are not touching each other!)  Add approx 1/4 cup of water, cover the pan & steam for 2-3 minutes. Remove cover & continue cook for 1-2 minutes. Enjoy!

Frozen Vegan Gyoza – Kimchi 10pc – $15

Frozen Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough – 500g – $12

Ingredients: Unbleached white flour*, cane sugar*, coconut oil*, coconut Milk (coconut milk, water, cellulose gum, gugar gum), brown sugar, vegan chocolate chips (unsweetened chocolate, sugar, vanilla, soy lecithin), egg replacement (potato starch, tapioca flour, leavening (calcium lactate (not dairy derived), calcium carbonate, cream of tartar) cellulose gum, modified cellulose)), baking soda, vanilla  extract*, aluminum free baking powder, salt  *=organic

Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, water, organic palm fruit shortening, organic sugar, fresh yeast, conditioner (wheat flour, ascorbic acid-natural enzymes), salt

How to construct:

1. Space frozen croissants 3 inches apart on baking tray
2. Cover for 8-9 hours or until they rise about 3x their original size
3. Preheat oven to 160℃, bake for 15-18 min

Matcha Mochi Cake Mix – Makes 12 in a Muffin Tray – $12

Ingredients: Sweet rice flour, organic cane sugar, organic matcha powder, aluminum free baking powder, salt

How to construct:

1. Preheat oven to 350F 
2. In a large bowl, whisk butter or oil of choice until fluffy, add egg or egg replacement one at a time, vanilla & milk of choice 
3. Mix dry into wet ingredients. Mix until combined 
4. Spoon evenly into muffin tray 
5. Bake 17-19 min 6. Remove & cool on wire rack & enjoy!
Additional required ingredients: 1/8 C softened butter (or alt. oil), 2 eggs (or replacement), 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1 1/4 C milk of choice

Waffle/Pancake Mix (original/matcha or chocolate) – Makes about 12 -$12

Ingredients: Sweet rice flour, sorghum flour, organic cane sugar, xanthan gum, baking powder, baking soda (cacao powder/organic matcha powder)

How to construct:

1. Preheat skillet (non-stick) or waffle maker to med-high 2. Mix wet ingredients well. Add mix and whisk until smooth 3. Pour approx 1/4 batter onto hot skillet, cook until the top is bubbly (about 3 min). Adjust temp as needed 4. Flip & cook 2 min more – Enjoy! *for waffles follow manufacture’s instructions or about 5-8 min per waffle

Additional required ingredients: 1 egg (or replacement), 1/2 c water, 1c mylk of choice, 1/2 c oil of choice, 1tbsp apple cider vinegar (optional for lift)

Brownie Mix – makes about 9 pieces – $12

Ingredients: Coconut flour*, cane sugar*, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, tapioca flour, corn starch, baking powder, baking soda, xanthan gum, salt *=organic

How to construct:

1.In a lage bowl mix 1/2 C mylk of choice, 1/2 C water, 1/2 C melted oil of choice, 1 egg or replacement, 1.5 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional for lift), 1 tsp vanilla. 2. Combine with this baking mix and mix well. 3. Press down onto 8×8 or 9×9 brownie pan. 4. Bake at 375F for 15-18 min. 5. Cool completely before cutting. Enjoy~!

Additional required ingredients: 1 egg (or replacement), 1/2 c water, 1/2c mylk of choice, 1/2 c oil of choice, 1.5 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional for lift), 1 tsp vanilla
