Simple, multicoloured shortbread cookies, great for tea parties!
Ingredients: White rice flour, almond flour, organic maple syrup, organic coconut oil, grapeseed oil, potato starch, table salt, butterfly pea powder, beet root powder
To construct: 1. Thaw enough to be able to cut 2. Cut into 1cm thickness 3. Spread out on baking pan 4. Bake @ 350 F for approx 8-10 min
