Presented by Takeshi Hasegawa. Takeshi’s journey as a chef started at the age of 16 in Japan in various Izakayas and Japanese food restaurants. Building on his experience year after year, he made his move to Canada at the age of 24. He is now the Vice President of the well known Guu restaurants, a restaurant consultant, an importer of food related products and among other things involved with almost anything and everything related to food. He is taking this opportunity to revive the cooking classes he used to do. He wants nothing more to help share and spread the culture of eating, using quality ingredients.
