Take part in this one of a kind workshop involving Sakekasu (nutritional lees left over from the sake making process), led by Oku, chef and sake maker at Granville Island. Sakekasu is an excellent cooking ingredient for a variety of dishes. It contains distinct properties that work as a natural flavour enhancer, blending, binding and preserving agent.

2. How to make sakekasu smoothie
3. How to make miso and sakekasu marinade
4. How to make sakekasu vegan mayonnaise
Fee: $70 per person. Fee includes all workshop materials and a 5 course lunch. Everything is vegan and gluten free.
