After some traveling, chef Oku is back with more stories, experiences and workshop ideas. Come join him at this hands-on workshop on how to make udon!

Schedule & Fee:

Just The Workshop – 10am-12pm $50

The Workshop and a one of a kind Lunch prepared by the chefs 12pm-1pm $80

*Children over the age of 6 are welcome to participate with a guardian. Standard fees apply to participating child.

2006-2016 Came to Canada and worked as a cook and a chef at Hapa izakaya Vancouver, Canada

2016- Working to further gather knowledge and skill as a chef in variety of cuisines – Artisan Sake Maker at Granville Island, The Workshop Vegetarian Cafe, Langara island Lodge, Hoping(casual cook) around friend’s restaurant in Vancouver, Tokyo, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Indonesia etc…

Cancellation policy and photo and video consent: No refunds provided. However, if you cannot make it, you can have someone else attend in your place. The event may be cancelled if minimum registration numbers cannot be attained. In such case, a full refund will be provided. This will be determined 4 days before the event. Note that pictures and videos will be taken at this event.
