Over the past two years we have been in business, we are fortunate to have met many inspirational individuals & businesses that are working hard to reduce waste for our community. Reducing waste can be costly for businesses for many different reasons but there is no question that it’s the right thing to do.
Here are some things that we are doing to work towards reducing waste at our locations:
- Reducing food waste by limiting the variation in the ingredients we use
- Sourcing ingredients locally where possible
- Using re-usable packaging where possible for the storage of products
- Using biodegradable containers where possible for takeout items
- Giving 10% off items where customers bring in their own containers
