Here’s how to create a simple ramen broth at home!
For one serving
Boil the following in a pot:
- 360mL water
- 3g garlic
- 3g ginger
- 1 tsp nutritional yeast
- 1/4 tsp salt
Add the following and stir:
- 50g miso of choice
- Sesame oil to preference
- Topping of choice
